Meet Caroline

Caroline Greene joined Flatrock in 2023 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate responsible for developing and running efficient operational processes to support our clients.

Prior to joining Flatrock, Caroline worked in international client services at Bridgewater Associates, supporting institutional clients in the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Caroline was responsible for running operations on the client facing teams, handling day-to-day communication with clients and worked closely with the advisors to support the execution of the commercial strategy.  Previously, she worked as a Client Service Analyst for the Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Investor Relation Team where she was responsible for the creation of the quarterly letters, marketing materials and client communication.

Building on her passions for wellness and personal growth, Caroline has also provided coaching intended to help people find meaning and creating fulfilling experiences.

Caroline received her B.A. in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.  Caroline enjoys spending time on the beach, exercising, traveling and farm-to-table cooking.
